Mulia Farma is one of the largest pharmacy company in Bali. They have over 20+ outlets in Bali. They face a problem in operations as they scale massively in Bali. They have to accommodate a lot of deliveries and orders via Whatsapp across all the outlets. Pixelane created solution to parse the orders with AI from Whatsapp, and integrating them into a management system their staffs could be. Because of this, operations are more efficient with less human error.

The Problem
Customers order medicine from Whatsapp across all 20+ outlets in Bali. However it is quite costly to have admin just to accommodate that for each outlet. If only centralized admin are hired, it will be overwhelming still and human error is a possibility. Customers cannot be forced into using a dedicated forms too, because customers are more comfortable with Whatsapp.
The Solution
Pixelane created an AI that listens to their admin Whatsapp, and triages the content of the Whatsapp. If the content is an order, the AI will understand the order and ask follow-up question in case data is incomplete. The AI will also check stock to make sure the medicine is available. When data is complete, the AI will notify the staffs about delivery, and staff only have to see the incoming confirmed orders.
