SBA Money Changer is one of the oldest trusted Money Changer in Bali. They have over 3 branches in Bali. The problem is the foreign exchange volatility become higher and higher, and SBA Money Changer still update their prices manually. Pixelane provided the management system to sync between all of their branches and currency rates (including internal rates), in a way management only have to set the rate once and have it deployed everywhere. In addition, Pixelane provided screen view for their monitor. SBA Money Changer increases their operational efficiency from the aspect of time and cost, and they also look more professional from the perspective of new customers.

The Problem
As one of Bali's longest-established and most trusted money changers, SBA Money Changer operates multiple branches that rely on accurate and up-to-date exchange rates throughout the day. However, increasing volatility in the foreign exchange market made manual rate updates both time-consuming and prone to inconsistency. Each branch required frequent manual adjustments, creating operational inefficiencies, increasing the risk of pricing discrepancies, and consuming valuable staff time. As the business continued to grow, SBA needed a centralized system that could ensure accuracy, consistency, and faster operations across all locations.
The Solution
Pixelane developed a centralized currency management platform that enables SBA Money Changer to manage exchange rates from a single dashboard. Once a rate is updated, the changes are instantly synchronized across every branch, including both public exchange rates and internal operational rates. To further streamline daily operations, we also built a digital display system that automatically presents live exchange rates on in-store monitors. This eliminated repetitive manual updates while providing customers with a clear, modern, and professional viewing experience.
