The Problem
There are more than 1 intermediaries from a farm to Indonesian household. This caused a thin profit-margin for farmers. Because of this, cost-control has to be maintained tightly. But, it is very hard to do so because lack of data and lack of operational excellence.
The Solution
Pixelane team created a farm management system. It consists of harvest management, day-to-day feed management, and analytics system. The system feeds on daily data and gives insights to farmer. Therefore, farmer could control their cost in a smarter way.
